About the Ripton Community Coffee House

The Ripton Community Coffee House is a nonprofit concert series based in Ripton, Vermont. We present concerts on the third Saturdays of the month. Our concerts are held at the historic Ripton Community House, 1283 Vermont Route 125, Ripton, VT 05766. Doors open at 7:00 with the concert beginning at 7:30. There is a brief intermission between our performer’s two sets during which coffee, tea, and baked goods are available.

Our mission is to provide an opportunity for members of our greater community to come together and hear great music at an affordable price, to nurture musicians by providing a great place to play, and to provide support for local nonprofit organizations through refreshment sales.

We are entirely run by volunteers. The money we receive goes to the performers, the sound engineer, and to cover our expenses. The Ripton Community House is ADA accessibility compliant. Our entry fee is $15 for General Admission or $20 - $25 or more for Generous Admission, but people can pay whatever they feel they can afford, even if that is nothing.
